3+ Builders Required for Medium/Large Projects

Dear MCM,

I am just a humble server owner looking for 3 or more builders to become an official part of ImpulseCraft's build team.

Why should you join us?
. Very professional attitude given at all times (Although a tasteful joke here and there never goes a miss)
. Any complaints will be handled with the upmost privacy and respect
. Strong community of staff constantly around to support and help
. Those who qualify for Head positions will be offered payment for their services with a contract drawn up to make sure both parties are happy with arrangements.
. Flat hierarchical structure (Everyone will get to make contributions and suggestions directly to owners as to how they would like to see things done)
. Constant training provided to those who request additional assistance in new concepts.

Requirements
. (Mandatory) Must specialize in rustic builds
. (Mandatory) Is able to at least work for 2-3 hours a day unless for special reasons given
. (Mandatory) Display's a professional, can-do attitude and is able to accept critique from others.
. (Desirable) Also specializes in terraforming/ terrain builds and can come up with ways to improve our terrain builds.
