You really won't find any good YT here. I'd recommend contacting some directly.

I contacted like 15 YouTubers directly already. Only 1 accepted my offer, the other ones are not really into promoting stuff for money.

Edit: Looking at his channel, averaging 10-15k views = $250-$300 per video? I want to spread my budget out into multiple smaller Youtubers and not only one, sorry.
