Reason of sale:

I was planning to expand TechCloud into other marketplaces with the intent of gaining larger profits and negotiating deals with large servers. My only intent was expanding the business, and I no longer want to base it off MCM because I simply do not have enough time to keep up with the amount of requests on here, knowing that a good portion of them offer lower payments than usual. Such exposure (expanding to other markets) would require me to contract my employees and file taxes on behalf of the company after significant profit. Registering the company is also necessary in this case. I am not able to complete the task of expanding the company due to lack of experience and I do not want to have liability in regards to potential legal conflicts (which is a possibility when you plan to deal with large payments). I figured the best option at this point would be to sell ownership of the service team and its assets. To summarize, I think expanding to other markets would be much more profitable, however I am not able to achieve that task. This led me into deciding to sell the business.

Service revenue:

September = $1867 ($373 profit)

October = $1458 ($292 profit)

November = $1580 ($316 profit)

December = No direct profit because team was temporarily owned by Satan during my inactivity

January = $1301 ($260 profit)

I get 20% of each commission which means I was able to earn $1241 in total profit. This may seem like a small amount, however this industry allows you to gain resources (which is why I have been doing this). I am proud to say that I have good business relationships with some of the best designers, developers, builders, terraformers, and managers all over the market. School was always a factor that affected earnings and I only worked on TechCloud during my free time (which got me to earn $300/month, although I had a lot of inactivity). If you are able to expand this service team to other markets, you will be able to triple the current average monthly earnings.

Sale components:

1. Website: Professional frontend display and backend which allows you to update the portfolio directly on the website. (credit to rexs123)

www.techcloud.site, http://www.techcloud.site/sign-in,

2. Graphics: I have a lot more graphics which have different layouts, colors and sizes in order to adjust to any platform. (credit to Paradise and MaximC)

3. Discord server: Almost 300 users which consist of team members and clients.

4. Business account (TechCloud : 30+ reputation) and threads.

http://www.mc-market.org/threads/236937/ (building/terraforming) 1.2k views

http://www.mc-market.org/threads/236941/ (website development/design) 1.6k views

5. Domain: techcloud.site

6. Hosting (www.tigernode.com), Support email ([email protected]), and Twitter (https://twitter.com/techcloudmedia) account logins.

~It is important to point out that TigerNode provides TechCloud with free server and website hosting as a partnership, so you never have to worry about additional costs!

7. Document ownership: Management Guide, Direct Portfolios

I definitely recommend viewing the direct portfolios and our team portfolio (www.techcloud.site/portfolio). The TechCloud team consists of talented individuals and the capabilities are endless.

There will not be any changes towards pending and active commissions.

Starting BID: $200

Bid increment: $25

BIN: $450 - I am eager to tell you that this can be made back in 1-2 months. The value of the website, graphics, and branding makes this price worth it. We have worked with large servers such as VelocityMC, Minemen.club, Minebo, The-Ingot, BrutalNetwork, and other servers. Proof will be shown and contact distribution will be included upon purchase.

Current bid is $350.

Do you have any proof of your service revenue? e.g buycraft screenshots etc.

Will definitely provide proof to serious offers, that will not be an issue. I do not want to post payment information publicly though. Showing proof would require me going through my PayPal payments, I do not know of any other way of proving how much I made.

As a worker that was a part of this company, it was sad to see this being moved to a new owner. However, the company has been losing a lot of sales, due to the owners being the only sales rep. They might've got someone else to be a sales rep or something might've changed, I don't know. But, I remember always going into the chat with clients waiting for the sales rep to answer them. A lot of them ended up leaving to get someone else to do what they need to do. Because of this, those clients stopped coming the TechCloud for things and began to go to other companies that offered better support and faster time when buying something.

This "company" is worth some sort of money, but is definitely not worth $200.

Sounds like potential, though.

Although some clients may not be willing to give TechCloud a second chance, some and many future clients could be brought in by recruiting sales reps.

You were part of the team when Satan took over ownership. I never had communication with you. During December, I did not bring any commissions because I was inactive. After I took over, you were not part of the team which means the lack of management had nothing to do with me. The company is not loosing sales, I would personally say that the income is quite consistent (as shown above with the rates). We offer fast support times, and it is important to notice that under better management, the business can achieve more income. The new Owner can recruit sales representatives and spend more time advertising the services, as Projecki pointed out. I also don't understand how a business that brings an average income of over $300/month is not worth $200.

Noted. Before negotiating further, I would like to know your previous experience with service teams or any sort of Minecraft management. Please feel free to get in touch with me over Skype, Discord, or Telegram. Tahsin, you have been outbid.
Vouch for FatTaco. Currently work for TechCloud, sad to see him possibly leave. Hopefully someone experienced will take over.
Thank you, I will make sure the new owner is trustworthy and experienced in order to achieve the amount of potential TechCloud has as a company.

A good amount of setup commissions were kept private because clients wanted to work with certain individuals who they thought could complete the task. I appreciate your comment, although it just proves that even more profit (much higher than $300 monthly) can be achieved if more time is spent on advertising.

One of the main reasons I am selling this is due to the lack of time I have available.

I agree, it had potential.
