3200x3200 Custom terrain map

I need a 3200 x 3200 custom terrain map built. No buildings, paths, bridges, ect. Just the terrain. I need a forest with custom trees, a valley, a mountain covered in snow with a small area for a village to be built, a lake, a cave system under the mountain and lake that connects the lake to the small area for the mountain town, and rivers and hills throughout the map. Again no builds just terrain. I dont have a real budget, looking for quality, price is not an issue. Looking for quotes or even exclusive pre-made maps that come close to the requirements.
