Well, it's non exclusive which means anyone can purchase it (hence the lower price). However, nobody has yet.

Correct, that was my reasoning for the relatively low price for the size that it is.

not impossible, it was made by Lentebriesje after all. He's sortof one of the most famous worldpainters around
