Its nice to see people sell terrain for once.

It's mostly not done because even the best terrain doesn't sell for shit. $15 is a great price for a map this size and quality non-exclusively, but nobody seems to give a damn.
Trust me, I've tried selling terrain for ages, it goes nowhere unless you underprice it. So it gets sold nonexclusively and underpriced there, since at least it means you can theoretically make your money back.
