Minecraft Servers = Your minecraft server is run on a dedicated server with other minecraft servers.
Dedicated Servers = You have the full space for all your needs. On a dedicated server you are not limited to just running a minecraft server, instead you can run many other games/softwares etc - but it is also quite difficult to use if you are not experienced.
Overall, if you are just looking for a Minecraft Server, it is highly recommended you get a minecraft plan. However if you don't want your minecraft server to be hosted with other minecraft servers, you can order the Dedicated Space addon in which we will re-locate your minecraft server to it's own dedicated server (with no other minecraft servers).
Dedicated IP just means that your server can be accessed with no ports, and may not necessarily mean that it is a dedicated server as 1 dedicated server can utilize more than just 1 dedicated ip.
