Try This,

Add your logo in the middle, remove the servers behind it. Stick with one color as a base. (Like MCPROHOSTING is black and green). All text should be boxes or be neatly added to the sides. Yes, remove the chick and maybe add a common youtube default profile pic kinda face. "You own a blog," remove that. Maybe add a news page in the corner with that text if you like it. My favorite fonts are Avenir.
