[~50$ budget] Creative/Paintball server needs players! NEW SERVER!

Recently I have opened a creative server called Bays Creative, but it also has Paintball with many cool maps. Sadly we don't have any people playing as its hard to get them nowadays when all sites are full of the big servers like Mineplex, HiveMC and Hypixel. So I need to get players for my server.

What I'm asking the Advertising Service / YouTuber to do?

• If its a YouTube or any social media based service you need to have ACTIVE subscribers, followers.
• You need to have atleast some +reps or vouches, or proofs that you're not a scammer.
• You have to be able to provide a FULL refund if we don't gain any players at all. (PS: The players have to actually STAY AND PLAY not alt accounts joining and leaving.)

I do fully custom Skript work for pretty cheap if you don't have the funds for Java, it's a pretty good option if you are okay with it. I have a thread here: http://www.mc-market.org/threads/155651/

Yeah, I know. I'm looking for someone with much orders though and very professional. Programming is the most advanced and required process of making a server. Not trying to say anything rude, its just like looking to buy websites from pro developers.
