why is Stone more expensive than grass if it has the same CPU but less RAM/storage?
might be a typo that you put 1gb ram instead of 3.

If you already have a service with us on our panel you have already been grandfathered in to 10 database or whatever you been already set to! Check your panel database to see your limit!
