6 months rent on 120 slot server (5gb) + More

Selling -

1. 120 slot, 5gb RAM, unlimited storage Minecraft server.
   • Server is already prepped for a Towny-War server (can be changed).
   • 50+ plugins installed which are already configured, permissions are generated.
2. 24 slot, 1gb RAM, unlimited storage Minecraft server.
   • Server is prepped for a developer's server, use this server to plan out and test plugins prior to loading them up on the main server.
3. Buycraft donator website (w/ custom theme).
   • Buycraft's Unlimited Package
   • Custom theme installed
4. OPTIONAL - My help in managing/developing the server.
5. OPTIONAL - Server branding (name, logos, social media sites)

Selling Terms -

• Full access to two Minecraft servers.
• Pay rent for 6 months then when 6 months are over you take over full payments. Rent is $75 per month for both servers combined.
• 5% of all donations per month for 6 months go to me to cover additional costs. After 6 months you will receive 100% of all donations.
  • Alternate - Pay a $100 flat-fee.

Below are the estimated payments to me you would make over the course of 6 months following the previous terms above.

• OPTION 1: $550 (w/ flat-fee)
• OPTION 2: $550+5% donations for 6 months

**If you wish to do something else to the server(s) and will want to make a different payment offer I welcome that idea.
**If you wish to make a different payment offer which benefits both yourself and I then I welcome that idea as well.

You should probably show the what you have on the server. As nobody in their right mind will pay $1000 for a 6GB server...

4. no proof of it being a scam

This is not a scam.. Backstory is I have two servers which I paid for annually which I do not need any longer but I have 6 months left on the bill. I thought, instead of letting it sit and not do anything then someone could pay rent for the next 6 months to do whatever they want on the servers. When the 6 months are up you can take the servers and renew the bill and keep it going as your own which it would be anyways. $75 is the bill for two servers combined each month, that's paying for the hosting... The point is instead of buying a server, just rent these two from me for the 6 months then boot me off the deal. This isn't me trying to sell the server and it's players, etc. It's an inactive server that is having no use unless someone uses it/them.

Your reasoning to say don't ask for $100+ when I first joined the site is not even justified. The reason for this site is communication and deals to sell, buy, retain services, etc. That is exactly what I am doing.

$12.50 per GB per month of RAM is not a price that many of MCM will be able to pay. People wanting budget hosting options can purchase servers as slow as $1.50 per GB per month, and those wanting better quality would utilise a dedicated server from SYS / OVH for a much cheaper price than $12.50 per GB per month.

Unfortunately, from a finance perspective, $12.50 per GB per month will indefinitely decrease a servers profit margin and is not a considerable option for most.

I appreciate your input. I completely understand. I really needed to get some money back and hoped that someone paying rent on top of what I have already spent on the server would help out.

A major benefit of contributing to the $12.50/gb/mo would just be that the server is already prepped and ready to launch for a towny/towny-war server. I will take all of this into consideration.

At this point, I'm still open to others who may want to take the server(s) but at the cost that works for them and something to still cover some of my lost costs.
