This is not paid. It is percentage based. He expects the highest quality work and all time to be freely put into the server. He expects $1500-$2000 on release but will not state the other devs quality of work.

No reason for anyone to work on this.

He does not understand that the money based on the percentage is based on all developers' quality of work as a whole. If a developer creates dupes, glitches, and stuff to ruin a server. That effects everyone as a whole and our profit is instead wasted time. He does not understand a single portion of this.

U don't understand that we do have the source codes of the Developers so they are not able to do that... And percentage based is paid work, what is it then?
