3. You must pay an up front, the moment the payment went through, I'll start working on your request. If you do not like the final product, you can ask me to change something if you recontact me within 48 hours.
4. You allow us to permanently brand our name on all of our free services, this does not apply to paid requests.

7. Not following these terms of service will result in the work being fully deleted, publicly released or sold without any warning. You and your server will be added to a "scam list" to notify our partners and other developers of your actions.
