a illustrator to make multiple things

Hello Guys, we're searching for an illustrator to draw us multiple things for as less money as it can get. Since i've no real clue what i really wanna have or how it should look like I would like to work with a experienced designer. I've a basic idea but like nothing real behind it.
Following things have to be done:
- Favicon for Homepage (16x16,32x32,48x48 so basicly a 32x32 scaled mini icon)
- Icon for Minecraft (64x64)
- Banner (1920x300 not fully drawn, the sides can be smoothend out as needet)
- Logo for Navbar (300x60ish~ Simple Text basicly)

About the price, message me with what you think you'll charge for MAXIMUM, if its cheaper at the end its fine by me. I can pay with paypal family and friends. Please also message me with this tradelink.
