A plugin that blocks....

Okay, so recently the guy who made this plugin: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/ezprotector.12663/ has been in-active for a while. Would anyone by chance know of a plugin similar or exactly the same as this? That has support for it. I don't care if it costs money, I don't mind paying for something like this. So, the problem with it, is that it doesn't block the commands you want it to block, and has some other glitches. You can find the source code on GitHub. If someone would be interested in fixing it, I would pay for it.

Things like world downloader blocker and command blocker. And ability to block plugins from being viewed.

You can use this for blocking commands / tab completion.

As for the world downloader, I'm not really sure.
