A Practice Server

I would like a practice server that includes:

+ Practice Plugin That Allows Me To Customize KnockBack ( Make So W Tap Is Good )

+ Party Feautre Include ( 2v2, 3v3, 4v4 Etc, party FFA )

+ If Possible To Get Some Sort of tournament Plugin to host like Redrovers That would be cool

+ Practice Kits Will Include (BuildUHC,Gapple,Soup,Nodebuff,Debuff, Archer, Combo, Axe) If neccesary ill contact you for more to be added we can raise prices if needed

+ Ranked Elo Fights Starting elo to be : 1000

+ All Ranks Including Owner, Admin, Admin+, Mod, Mod+, Manager, Member, And Donor Ranks to be based off the server theme first rank will be (EMU) (WOMBAT) (KOALA) (KANGAROO)

+ Permissions , World guard Setup

+ People are able to edit kits

+ /ffa where they can pvp in a map with a skybridge etc we can make the ffa map


I would like someone that knows what there doing and has experience with a practice server, also if you are selling a practice server im interested.
