Hi. So with all that stuff with mojang enforcing their EULA i have thought a small idea that could work.

Basically all players ona server use a comand, /buy, /store or something similar. After that, player gets a custom generated link, www.yourwebsite.com/shop.php&token=1234 which is active for a small period of time (1-2 hours), after that it doesn't work.

This will prevent Mojang from getting your store link and being unable to prove that you are actually selling anti-eula things.

Player time spent on a server could be added as well, if player has played for more than 5 hours, then he can access such command, else he can't.

Opinions?

Can be reported to mojang. Then rip..
How?

1) player who wants to report it get's a link,
2) sends it to Mojang,
3) 24+ hours later when they actually check it they get a non active link.

What's to stop Mojang just going through and documenting the purchase process?

yea but you understand its against a legal document that you approved when you bought a minecraft account right? its illegal.
Using cracked server, torrenting is illegal as well. Sure they can sue you, but will they go after 16 year old kids who own servers?

I bet they get many reports, so they will probably just move to another server.

They really won't.

It's not necessarily a legal document. It's an agreement.

Yes, they do go after 16 year old kids who own servers.

Nah, if Mojang wants to shut you down they will. Trying to evade it like this won't work for very long, especially when you post it to sites that Mojang staff monitor.

How does that change anything?
He's right. Don't try and bypass the EULA. Just completely ignore it! Tell Mojang to take their EULA and shove it up their ass.

I saw this really cool loophole where you have two servers, one for donators and the other one for normal players. However, everything is synced, chat, economy, and even blocks. Everything is updated in both servers to be the same experience for both kinds of players while still getting donations.

Being under 18 automatically voids the EULA. End of story. I've had some nasty emails from mojang, and i laughed at them.
No it doesn't. An EULA isn't a contract, it's an agreement. By using the service (Minecraft/Mojang) you automatically agree to abide by that. There are no age restrictions regarding an EULA.
