Abortion should be the parents choice. Also, think of it like this:
A woman can only get pregnant every 9 months - Once she finishes a pregnancy then she should get pregnant again after, but not during.
A man could impregnate 1 (or more) woman a day, every day, for over 9 months.
Why is birth control just for women? Wouldn't it make sense for men to have birth control instead?
This world is a messed up world and parents should be able to have a choice of abortion.
If I was raped, forced to bare children, or lived with an abusive other and got pregnant, I probably would get an abortion.
Plus you need to take in these factors: pregnancy risks- what if the mother's life was at risk? what if the mother and the baby had a risk of dying if she kept the pregnancy going? What about abusive parents - If they do drugs, are alcoholics, don't have enough money, then who knows what could happen to that child. The mother would likely not get enough intake of vitamins to have a healthy child, following if they did drugs or drank during pregnancy, then we can only guess what will happen. People have been known to trade their children for drugs or money. What about something as simple as being low on money? - One child in the USA costs around $100,000 to raise without things like vacations, fancy cars, tons of toys, expensive food, etc. If I couldn't afford a child I'd probably get an abortion. Yes, adoption is a thing, but it's my body, my choice. That is sexist as fuck. Girls should be able to get boyfriends and stuff, and 80% of rapes are unprovoked and even in their own house. Now a days there is SO many children under the age of 14 getting raped it's disgusting.
