Hello! My name is Eddie (Edward), I am 14 years of age (Please disregard my age, because age doesn't measure maturity level) and have been staffing for two, maybe three years on Minecraft servers, Factions being my favorite game-mode to staff on. I have been playing Minecraft for around 4 years, staffing for about 3. Next will be some pros, and cons of myself.
I believe that English is a pro of myself. I'm an English enthusiast I believe. One con that I believe that may effect my chances on some servers, is my age. I am only 14 years of age, but love to manage servers, and dedicate a lot of time to my work.

Monday-Friday; 8-10 Hours Per day.

On this server, I didn't really do much. Nobody did. I built some maps for this server, helped with plugin configuration, and never really got the chance to actually staff; which is why I was on this server. The server really wasn't fun, as we had many plans -- that we never got to -- for this server. I resigned once I saw how the server was starting to corrupt, due to two other owners not being mature enough for lack of dedication to the server.
- (Hidden ~ May explain why hidden if you request me to say.) > Helper/Moderator
On (Hidden), I have been a staff member for 96 Days. I have worked my way up to Moderator position, where I currently remain. I have 24 days of playtime (Why this counts is because this time does not count for AFKing. Meaning after 5 minutes of going AFK, your playtime stops increasing). Yes I am still staff on this server. Currently only running on commands with /tempban /ban /mute /tempmute /warn /kick /v and /tp (I gave up play-permissions on this server for /v and tp as I wanted to staff more). This player-base is around 40 daily, ~125 usually peak-point; up to 175 when the YouTuber is on. There are currently only about 4 /9 active staff on the team. 3/9 of which are not very active, 2/9 of those being not active at all.

Currently I am an Admin on PlasmaMC. I manage the forum changelogs, configurations, updates, crates, and a lot of other gameplay-related "things".

- Forums > With all forums that I am a part of, I am very active on these. I manage forums from posts about different/new/upcoming events that are taking place on said server with nice looking, and understandable threads. I am active, looking at reports and appeals daily. One of my things that I look forward to doing is a rules thread for some servers/networks.
- Staff Management > Yes, I do manage staff teams. This may be the 2nd liked thing to do on servers, 1st being to staff. This involves over-viewing applications, demoting, promoting, and checking the amount of dedication coming from the staff.
- Some Plugin Work > Configs and organization really, that's it. I'm no developer.

Payment is not required, I've never had a paid position, so I'd be very appreciative of the offer.
