I'm sure a good amount of you have been extremely annoyed when a brand new user leaves you a negative rep to either attempt to harm your sales, or just doing it to be a jerk. I believe mcm should have some sort of a plugin that makes it so that your account must either be a certain age, or you must have a certain amount of rep yourself in order to actually leave negative reputation on other users profile. This will prevent spammers from going on vpn's/proxies and creating tons of accounts to essentially negative rep bomb your profile.

Why discriminate the new users? They have all rights to leave negative rep if they feel like doing it..

It's just that it's a much higher chance that a new user would be doing something like this rather than an older user.
