About Acerex:Acerex Network is an upcoming Minecraft multiplayer server dedicated to delivering unique, immersive gameplay with custom features and an amazing player experience. As we prepare for launch, we’re assembling a talented and passionate team — and you could be a key part of it.
Role: Advertising ManagerAs our Advertising Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing promotional campaigns to increase player engagement and server visibility.
Responsibilities:• Develop and manage advertising strategies across platforms (Discord, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, etc.)
• Work with content creators, influencers, and Minecraft listing sites
• Coordinate giveaways, community engagement events, and server launches
• Monitor metrics and adjust campaigns based on performance
• Collaborate with staff and leadership on brand direction and growth
What We’re Looking For:• Strong understanding of online advertising and social media marketing
• Prior experience in advertising, marketing, or PR (especially in gaming)
• Familiarity with the Minecraft community and server landscape
• Creative mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead campaigns from start to finish
Bonus Skills (Not Required):• Graphic design or video editing experience
• Paid ad management (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
• Experience working with Discord servers and bots
