AcropolisFaction is a event filled faction server springing up mid-july. We have events such as KothKing, FTop, BTop, and RTop (Factions top, BalanceTop, and RaidTop) all of those xTops will have a grand prize of $100 which will either go to all the mods and owner, or owner, or whatever you pick. But KothKing will be hosted Annually (Not too sure about that maybe semi or quarterly) where the contestants will choose 5 team members (5max) to fight for the top of the KothLeaderboard. It will be like Basketball season if you understand how that is played. It will be exactly like it, and the grand prize will be $500 dollars. Now the team votes on how the money is split and yeah.
We will also have Karaoke Night on our TS (Every new wipe is when the grandprize will be held, but karaoke can happen anytime) where the winner will receive a free rankup from where they are now. If they cant rankup they will get 5Mil. The king will have the Karaoke Tag and so will 2, and 3. Just without the 5mil
UserInput will happen anytime I see a problem, or a lack of idea. I will offer a contest who can create the best idea and have all the members of our forum vote on it. We may just make a custom plugin for it. But i digress, and the winner will receive 500-1000 dollars. Depending on how frequent these are. This just goes to show we care about your input and are willing to spend the big buck on it.
We aren't being retards and giving "Buycraft" credit, no this is real money. Also big channels 1,000-Infinite wont be able to accept rewards. To keep the "rigged" out of the stuff, and we aren't trying to help people who already are doing fine, we try to help our players who cant reach 5 fps lol. We also plan on doing charity drives, we may do a mob arena where big youtubers go on and people buy mobs from the shop that they have to fight. We want to help cure boredom and disease. Our charities would go mostly towards needy children (Cancer, Starvation, etc)
With our custom commissions plugin being worked on we will be able to give commissions to youtubers depending on how much a player buys. When a player wants to apply for commission he will go into the TS and provide proof and must be eligible. Of course we reserve the right to deny, but we as you can tell like to keep people happy. Once they are selected we put their name and stuff into the plugin and when a player first comes into the server they are prompted with a GUI "Who referred you here?" they can select a name/site, or no one.
Smaller channels who dont make the cut will be supported by helping their channel grow. By allowing shoutouts in chat, giveaways (By me), and even though not being paid will still be enjoying the fruits of my server.
Larger channels who want to work for us must follow strict guidelines on what you can and cannot say. This is harsh, but you cant bite the hand that feeds you.
Youtubers can still participate in evens like KothKing, xTops, and more but must give the money to another player (Second place.) However the Youtuber and his team will still get the money, but for buycraft credits.
