Actionhouse for each player

I'm looking for a plugin like the auction house but what each player has access to their own store and that all players can use the store, for example:

Player using this command: /tienda (username)

For each rank: permissions
Rank vip: 15 items per person
Rank vip2: 20 items per person
Rank vip3: 25 items per person etc etc.
