I have wanted to buy alt specifically for factions. There doesn't seem like there's anywhere to post about selling alts so I'm not really sure where to look in order to buy them. :)

As my recent announcement thread stated. These are not allowed. Unmigrated accounts will most likely never be allowed. That market is completely dead.
