Advanced Dedicated Minigame Dev - please read the desc

okay i'm really sick and tired of these devs i've met, the 1st guy scammed 425$ and second 600$ (got my money back dw) but ive had 5 months of potential development and could of probably released this by now. I have all the builds, website, domain, logo, etc for the server, the biggest thing need to be done is the actual damn server. I need someone with real dedication, willing to stay through the toughest of times, 18+ preferably, won't leave ghosted on discord for more than 24 hours, and most importantly not so damn money hungry. I will admit the project is huge requiring almost the whole server to be custom except for basic plugins (like worldguard, worldedit, etc). This is on a super advanced level imo so if you don't know everything don't bother hitting me up. I'm sorry if I sound rude it's just I've done this same thing so many times and get fooled every time, I really thought this one last dev if yall know him "Jet" or "Autumn" now who apparently worked for velt n shi but he just delayed, lied, and now has left me on open for 10 days. Please only hit me up if you are seriously trying to start something big preroll#4677.

I believe you have the idea of what I need wrong, I'm needing a developer long-term not freelance for me, a dev to work beside me, anyways I have found that I believe so I should be fine for now. Thanks for the offer!
