I spent a good portion of today researching the minecraft Eula being enforced. I'm wanting to buy over a decently big server and I'm launching my own with a good amount of advertising. Should I pull out? I'm only looking for advice regarding the Eula and its impact, I'm not looking for someone criticizing my choices. Thanks!

I doubt theyre going to do anything. Look at the 1000s of top faction servers, know any FOLLOWING the Eula?

I don't really think you need to worry about it. But, I was surprised that Mojang recently contacted PrimeMC with complaints that they weren't following the EULA. If I were you, I would continue on as you are going. If Mojang will contact you, they warn you about not following the Eula. When this time comes, all you have to do is make your perks cosmetic. This means a decline in your server income, but hey, Mojang is Mojang. Good luck with the server, and if you ever need anything, feel free to PM me. <3

Just make your premium ranks earnable through absurd amounts of play time. No soft/hard currency hybrid and it's all EULA compliant!

No surprise there, servers that aren't even blips on the radar probably don't have as big of risks as large servers do.
back in the olden days i have 40 pb on weekends 30 pb on weekdays so im not huge but im not a small 1pb server. Olden days = Last year

Yup I searched it up on the dictionary - I almost died of laughter.
i knew it was a word. Olden days is something i have learned in my AP Lang & Lit Classes. Im not a dummie sir. I just choose to exclude grammar

It just doesn't sound right to me. Nothing against you, I just wasn't aware that it was a word.
