I spent a good portion of today researching the minecraft Eula being enforced. I'm wanting to buy over a decently big server and I'm launching my own with a good amount of advertising. Should I pull out? I'm only looking for advice regarding the Eula and its impact, I'm not looking for someone criticizing my choices. Thanks!
Until they warn you, I would simply try to make as much money as possible. If/when they do, your profit might decline a bit but, at least, you made as much money as possible while you still could.
