Affiliate Plugin

I need a simple affiliate plugin with a simple gui. A new player can join and open the affiliate gui with a command and click on a user that invited them to the server (only works once). When a player reaches a certain amount of invites they get a reward that can trigger a command... (also it would be good if players can run a command that tells them how many invites they have until the next reward & they should be able to claim rewards in the same gui with clickable options...)
The gui would only have the players in there that are online and obviously the new player wouldn't be able to choose themselves...
