from my knowledge, you have pretty extensive access to the backend of MC-Market, but you can't delete posts?
just my two cents.
pls no bash me

He does have direct access to the database but I can verify that the post was removed by another staff member as it was deemed useless and non-contributing to the thread.Comment on this,

I don't think he's doing this to get his money back....Maybe you should've given him 50% before he fixed it than the other half after?
We all continue to ignore the facts with logs provided that Affixes has continually been involved in cyber crimes and federally illegal activity towards present and past members of MCM. He has admitted to scamming money for time spent in negotiation, admitted to using DDOS in order to intimidate and control members, and admitted to using sensitive MC-Market data for "malicious purposes" as he called it.
I've had so many different individuals with support and horrifying stories come to me after I made this thread, each contributing their personal experiences of how Affixes has used his position as the site system administrator in order to infringe upon the rules without action being taken.
There was one log file where Affixes or Jesse openly admits to using MC-Market data for malicious purposes. Isn't that enough to get this guy out of a position where all of our data is vulnerable?
If it isn't enough, there's at least ten exploited people from this thread alone who have stood up and openly shared how Affixes has wronged them. Between stealing data for ransom, using DDOS to intimidate and control members, griefing the site of a past client, defrauding other users, and using his system administrator position in order to obtain sensitive data on the community, it should certainly be enough to remove this guy from a position where he has so much power.
While I was writing this reply, I was approached by yet another user who has a voice recording of Affixes using DDOS against his own Skype contacts and then speaking about it at length.
Thank you...
Dragoncraft, your posts have been completely useless to this thread. Accomplishing nothing but farming ratings for yourself.
Repeatedly posting the same content over and over and over and over with slight modifications, it's unacceptable.
Sorry, I had to get that off my chest.
After spending the past hour reading all this, I've become a bit impatient.
Especially since quite a few users making posts seem to have completely ignored all the actual evidence. Letting themselves be swayed by smooth talk about "uniting" and "voices being heard" in once case, or their own personal positive experiences with affixes in another, completely unrelated to this incident.
This is not the tale of a terrible monster scamming an innocent victim.
This is the story of two incredibly stubborn and sanctimonious individuals doing what they believe is right.
I think Affixes made a horrible mistake when he suggested that this be taken to the public to determine whether he's right or wrong.
An honorable gesture? Or an overly confident one.
Either way it has severely damaged his reputation on this site, adding yet another bad incident to his history.
Considering the context, I don't believe it was deserved, though how blind can one be...
Both the OP Aschorren and system administrator Jesse are at fault for having not come to a mutual understanding on how payment would work before proceeding.
Neither of them are wrong, and neither of them are right, because an agreement on payments was never reached.
Not a complete one, at least.
Because of this, it is clear that with the evidence currently provided, there is no reasonable basis for Affixes to be banned.
There is the issue of moral conduct, and selfish behavior though.
Staff are hand picked, their personal qualities considered.
If those in charge find that Affixes attitude towards the incident, and how he handled it is worth removal from staff, then that's their choice, and they would be perfectly justified in doing so.
If you push aside the drama, I think we can all find this affair to be quite beneficial to our own selves.
Let this be a lesson never to enter a business agreement without first ensuring that a mutual and indisputable understanding on payment and services is reached.
Thanks for all that have actually contributed to this thread.
And to those who continue to do so.
At this point in time, I had indeed not looked into his structure or overall gameplay yet, however as suggested by the logs, did spend time working out a few rough ideas along with communicating them to Thomas. I offered him 50% of his downpayment (aka. $87,50) back, which I actually find to be very reasonable. I then proceeded giving him the partial refund.
I can only assume that this "someone" happens to be one of Jesse's previous employers.About five minutes after I posted this thread someone who will not be named came forward to me and shared logs of Jesse initiating denial of service attacks and holding data hostage.
I can only assume that this "someone" happens to be one of Jesse's previous employers.
And if so, I can confirm that is a complete and utter lie.
Jesse never held data hostage, nor did he initiate denial of service attacks. If you check Jesse's Twitter it was his previous employer creating bogus claims in an attempt to ruin his reputation - Jesse then made a public letter (via Google Docs) to address this. I don't know whether this is still public, however if it is I urge you to look for it, it makes a good read.
Aschorren I constantly throughout this thread see you talking of all these people that are asking to remain "anonymous" and all this proof, yet you are still yet to provide any proof.
You are constantly creating post after post, saying Jesse has done all this stuff, yet you provide no proof.
Innocent until proven guilty. You are still yet to provide proof and yet it cannot be determined whether he is guilty, and hence he is innocent.
I am completely neutral in this, I've never dealt with Jesse, probably never will (as I do all my management work myself) - however right now, you are constantly attacking Jesse, over completely false statements.
Your "proof" that comes from PrimeMC should be thrown out the window straight away after their illegal activities themselves, not all members, but certainly one specific member.
Let alone the fact that trkey/Software has made it his mission to destroy Jesse's reputation, and hence any "proof" is most likely to be biased.
// My $0.02..
I'll probably get banned again or this message will get removed, but here goes. Yesterday I said on this thread that the prices are extremely high and that my services are better, which is probably not a good thing to say on Affixes thread and guess what? I was banned.
Have you made an official scam report on him?
No seriously I don't see why people are bombing them. However, I think Mick should do a poll for staff instead of being the overseer of every single situation
With the uproar of replies which I've fact checked, it's clear to me that Affixes is a toxic member to have within the community
Was advertising on my thread. Said messages were removed and the user was punished
I've been pasted five different logs from five different
10 very brave people spoke out against you in hopes of receiving justice and fair treatment
The Community demands you step down from your System Admin position
Step down you piece of shit - We do not want garbage like you on our dear community.
That's blatant scamming.
People have high expectations for a staff member such as Jesse.
I was asked to not post the images and logs of you using denial of service attacks to take down other MCM user's internet connections but I have no problem doing so to proper authority figures such as BeBosny after receiving approval from my sources.
I believe that you two are simply continuously reinstating your own opinion that he should step down and claiming "that is what the community wants".
you thought talking to him and offering him "ideas" were worth $87.50
Since we're linking logs now, here is a log of Jesse working with two users to initiate a denial of service attack against three different Minecraft servers.
https://chatformat.com/RbNXp7V6/
How about the chat logs in which you say that it's okay to use sensitive MC-Market information to hit people offline because you're not the owner?
The source would rather remain anonymous but I'll send it to BeBosny and Mick when they ask for it.
he doesn't even do shit for thus site he just has admin fishy huh?
he dossed this has been confirmed when he hit off ew
So the question we need to be asking is, would Affixes be being banned for all of this if he was any other regular Joe?
I think he should be subject to a scam report and have to go through the same public process that everyone else goes through. That'd be the fair and transparent option.
I have never ever seen any user banned for advertising on one thread.
The action that should've been taken is a warning.
With all of these allegations and proof against your previous and current actions
I am pretty sure Jesse has done more good things on these forums than bad things.
Sorry, but I stand with Jesse here.
maybe a thread cleanup is neccessary?

I'm still confused why Affixes is trusted around here with new staff. He created a copy of McM and got banned. I think Verringer unbanned him to "merge" even though his site had like 1/100th the userbase. Possibly a cover up of him paying for an unban? The fact that he has high prices are his own decision. I'm in the same market as him and I deem his prices completely fine as this is pretty much what he does for a living.
The ban was excessive and unnecessary indeed. That is why it was reversed. I have spoken to Jesse about this and he fully agreed that the ban wasn't necessary.
This. Just because it's a staff member doesn't mean that a scam report isn't needed. This thread became a mess because it isn't manually approved by a scam resolver unlike scam reports. Post a scam report to have any kind of action taken against Jesse.
Polls are a popularity contest. This will never become a thing.
Many replies indeed... However nothing is being backed up with proof. Many of the replies on this thread are just people jumping on the hate train because it's a staff member we're talking about.
Yes, you banned the user. This wasn't correct and I've talked about this with you and your moderating permissions are completely taken away.
Link me these. Like actual proof.
Again, link me these. Words don't make things happen. Proof does.
Who is demanding that? "The community" being a few members jumping on a hate train.
This is a very stupid disrespecting post. I'm disappointed in your behaviour Art3mis.
It's not scamming, you'll read below why. I'll tag you.
Jesse is doing a great job with his current position. People have high expectations indeed. These are met.
PM me these.
I agree with this.
Jesse decides his prices. Just because it's highly priced doesn't mean he is wrong. You haven't seen what consultants get paid to say a word or 2...
This is indeed very unprofessional however Jesse never admitted to triggering these attacks by himself. You knew this before the deal. If you didn't like it, you should have not dealt with him.
I'd love to see this. This is not acceptable.
Again, feel free to PM me this. You should have done this in the first case.
How can you say this? Our site had technical issues 1 hour before new year's eve. Jesse showed up after a call and fixed it very quickly. He spends much more time and effort working on the site than most people realise.
I'd like to see proof of this.
No. Mainly because there is no proof backing up claims.
This is my opinion too. You can't achieve anything with threads like these as many people just hop on the hate train. This is why scam reports are moderated.
Correct. I agree with this. We approached Jesse about this and we completely removed all his moderation permissions.
What proof?
This. Many people are unaware of the efforts he puts behind the site.
Another reasonable member. Jesse provides high quality services. This is the reason we agreed putting a ad up on our homepage and letting him handle the site. We are 100% sure he will do a great job. Everyone that used his services before can vouch that he is very professional and very good at what he does.
This has been done.
This is bothering me too. Many people on this thread are ignorant for "hating" without any evidence.
If this was discussed more clearly, this thread probably wouldn't even be here right now!
Again, please PM me proof.
I'd like to hear all these stories too. I'll respect privacy and not share any of this information or stories.
Okay. This isn't acceptable. I'd love to see proof of this.
inb4 deleted, I made a Pastebin of the thread. Thank you for this informational post, this is the same sort of situation I had to deal with in my development contracting of Myiume (which I may say I was never paid back from). Hopefully you can get back what you paid, I'm extremely sorry to hear about this.
Thank youI can guarantee that this thread won't be deleted. Some useless responses like "pls ban affixes" will but the thread itself won't.
I'm still confused why Affixes is trusted around here with new staff. He created a copy of McM and got banned. I think Verringer unbanned him to "merge" even though his site had like 1/100th the userbase. Possibly a cover up of him paying for an unban?
I'm not sure what was going on there. If Jesse could give more info about that publicly, that'd be great.
It's unrelated to the thread, Affixes or Aschorren. It doesn't contribute.[DOUBLEPOST=1451869175,1451869155][/DOUBLEPOST]Uh, why did my post get deleted? Guys, you can't just go around deleting things...
They feel if it's not important they can delete any thread. It's kinda messed up because to them it might seem irrelevant but to others it could be deemed important.
It's unrelated to the thread, Affixes or Aschorren. It doesn't contribute.
