The community will want to ban Affixies, and the staff team are looking on the other hand and see that banning him is not reasonable.

People will most likely make other threads and get angry, people might jump to conclusions and feel like they've not brought their opinion though.. I fully understand where you're coming from though>,<

I'm not sure what was going on there. If Jesse could give more info about that publicly, that'd be great.

Almost a year ago (Actually, the domain was registered on the 1st of January, 2015) I created a website by the name of "sellsquare.org", as a result of MC-Market's dying community and overall problematic staff situation. Verringer hired me in an attempt to better the community, if I were to take down the site.

There's some solid evidence that he did betray the community at one point in time. But I still don't know which way to go on the main topic though. On one hand, he made an attempt to run McM down. On the other hand, he did help get the site back up when it went down. He has done good, he has done bad.

Pretending Affixes wasn't a staff member but had done good there's a great chance this thread would have been deleted and Affixes would have been banned for scamming.

I am yet to see any proof that supports Aschorren's allegations. Affixes isn't receiving preferential treatment, he's suffering public defamation and community judgement based on claims backed up with no proof.

Uhm, by any chance have you read the past nine or so pages? He is very important to Mc-Market so they won't demote or punish him if someone ever conjures up some proof. Also, if Affixes wasn't a staff member this post would have been deleted and taken to the scam report section.

I don't understand what you're trying to get at? I told him I'd look into his structure that day, as well as they day after. The payment was already sent. I followed on discussing possible solutions with him and clearly stated I did in fact not continue to look deeply into anything, as I was surprised by his expectations of a refund.

It's quite normal to ask for a 50% downpayment as well...

I want to formally apologize for my slandering tone and harshness in previous posts(ones that were deleted too).
I got ahead of myself in calling you out, and I was acting childish.

Regardless, I think this is a deal gone sour and that the money should be refunded in full, and both parties should go their separate ways(both agreeing to not slander one another's businesses).

Though, I still think some of your practices(such as changing passwords and disabling forum accounts) are intentionally malicious, I think anyone that is reading this should just be warned, whether on determining who is right or wrong.

So yeah, I'm sorry for what I said.
You two should just work it out like men and go your seperate ways.
Much easier to get this hushed rather than have your service dug through the dirt even more, Affixes.

Right. If you actually read the chat logs, you'd see I started discussing potential solutions with him prior to looking into his server. He made it clear I wouldn't be paid and expected a refund if we didn't end up finding something. At that point, wasting even more time on it seemed useless to me.

A denial of service attack on my personal IP address occurred shortly after I logged into MCM to post a reply which I can only assume was from Affixes given that he has used DDOS to attempt to control and silence people in the past.

People keep saying there is no evidence even though I've linked three or four different chat logs of Affixes admitting to using DDOS in order to attack people and participating in the initiation of a SWAT attack against a large server owner and former member.

I'm going to go ahead and hand over the hard evidence to BeBosny so that this monster can be dealt with. This will include screenshots of Affixes saying that he uses MC-Market's sensitive data for "malicious purposes".[DOUBLEPOST=1451874297,1451874210][/DOUBLEPOST]
