Even is he scammed people hundreds of dollars (technically he did), he'd probably receive no punishment, as you said. Maybe a little talk, but that's it.

Jesse is a valuable asset to a staff team when he actually cares about the work being put into it. MCMarket needs Jesse, obviously, otherwise he'd be demoted already. Truth be told, I don't blame them for not demoting them. Although I think it's smart that they don't lock this thread. At least they're aware that people will go apeshit and say staff is corrupt and bias.

Other than that your first statement is far from true, even if the thread was locked there would be proper reasoning behind it. Just like everybody else has done, this should've gone through a scam report instead of a massive hatred on my online portfolio (Which by the way lacked any sort of proof grounding the statements made). This isn't a public opinion thread as I had suggested in the chat logs with Aschorren, it has turned into a biased lie in which people like you fail to look past Aschorren's unwillingness to cooperate providing any form of proof.

There have been 2 responses of people actually having an issue with me (Which were Mason and OwningProds), both related to an incident I had with PrimeMC. I have had countless... hundreds, of correct transactions and happy customers and I am not one to give up that easily. I will stand my ground in a situation like this where my public figure is unrightfully at danger.

I would just like to share my experience with the user Aschorren considering the discussion in this thread seems quite biased. I unfortunately don't have any proof of these allegations due to the fact that it was several months ago so I've long since removed him from Skype.

I was contracted by Aschorren to edit one of his plugins on his drug server I believe. He claimed that he would be willing to pay, in his all too well known words, "graciously". I sent him the plugin a few hours later, he installed it and seemingly everything was good to go. He then almost immediately stopped responding and when I asked for payment he responded that it wasn't working and that is was throwing exceptions. As any developer would, I asked for a stack trade. He messaged me a completely irrelevant stack trace from the plugin "PlotMe" and then proceeded to stop responding to my messages.

I just felt like I should share my experience with this user due to the fact that it's plausible that Affixes had similar experiences with him. I'm not trying to report him or really even care about this incident anymore however I believe that it's important for the community to be aware of this prior to making any decisions about Jesse or Aschorren.

Affixes explained to me how the customer was always right, so in this scenario this wouldn't be relevant (in terms of what he told me).

Yes we have had an issue, and I even tried to come clean with you and drop everything and just be cool, but clearly you didn't, kinda sad how I came to you in expectations of coming cool with you and then you backstab me after I did the right thing, just seems kind of bull in my opinion and the fact you can't take the step in which I did makes me pissed, you should recognize that I gave up 100% of the money and I still had to stick out a ban on McM, etc. And when you have a "mistake" then even though you did nothing you are a money whore and take half the money and have no punishment besides this well deserved thread. I have no respect for you, and I just hope you understand money isn't everything... It's hard for me to hate people, I have a big reputation as well, and you just cross so many boundaries for me and being a hypocrite is one of them.

This is all nonsense, MCM management took a turn for the damn worst, the staff need to get their shit together, and run the community and not kill; which is all they seem to be doing at this point.

This community gets more toxic and toxic by the day, people are trying to inialate people left and right. Originally this place was meant to be a safe haven for minecraft trade, and now all this bullshit is forming because the staff can't handle themselves, their corrupt as can be, sadly we all know it. I highly disagree with this post. I think the staff here is great. They work their asses off to keep this community happy. The ratio of staff to users here is pretty low. MinePlex being a community that doesn't need much moderation has a staff to players ratio of about 1:2000 on their forums. McM has about a 1:3000 ratio with just over 20,000 users. McM is a place that needs MUCH more moderation than Mineplex's forums would because there's a lot more serious/mature stuff going on here. All the sales and giveaways and whatnot. There are TONS of places things could go wrong on McM during a deal, unlike mineplex, where you'd really only be finding server suggestions and ban appeals on MinePlex, however they have the staff team to handle all of that. McM needs a bit more staff to be able to handle all of the issues. McM would probably need a much better ratio than mineplex (such as 1:1500). I think we should appreciate what the staff does for us. Much of this is irrelevant to this current case. As for this case, I think that Affixes should step down from his duties as Sys Admin.

We cannot take actions on this thread as there is no scam report against Jesse. Aschorren still didn't create a scam report for some reason even though I requested it if he wants action taken against him.

Everyone in this thread is so biased against staff it's ridiculous. We don't take actions against people for scamming unless they actually did scam. This can only be proven with a scam report.

Scam reports are there to get a final answer on who is right/not right in a deal.

I simply don't see why this should not be a scam report.

Staff is not much different from a member, they need to go through the same process.

Most of them going against Jesse have never had any kind of interaction and deal with him.

You don't think maybe people trash you guys because they don't think you're genuinely doing a good job? A bit arrogant, don't you think? If enough people agree too something, there is often a bit of truth behind it. It's not like all these people have a secret Bebosny bashing club house they go too and conduct strategies. It's fairly spontaneous.

This hate was straight after we got staff. People were literally saying "gg bosny in charge rip mcm". This is just an example. On many occasions people are just biased towards the member. It's always been like that, on other forums I've moderated with a young userbase too.
