I have been managing and being staff on servers for about 6+ years now, I have been playing Minecraft since 2013. I really enjoy being staff on servers because I feel like being staff gives me opportunities to connect with people. I really love working with people and working on the server as a whole. • To me a manager is someone that all staff should be able to come too when they need something or don't understand, I feel like being a manager in my opinion is one of the hardest jobs to do as a staff member. As a manager you should be able to speak to people clearly and professionally without any problems or any sort of issues coming up with other players. You should be able to handle a team full of people depending on you to do what is right and make sure you know exactly what you are doing. You should be the first person anyone should come to if they have any problems. Managers should be involved in every single aspect of a server. I feel as though being a manager gives you an opportunity to be involved with the server and the community at the same time

  • Setting up a custom domain and knowing how to get a cheap one

  • Very basics of 3D modeling, GFX and Videography
  • Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
  • Really proficient in all types of setups
  • I can easily make connections and make friends considering I am a people person.
