I'm releasing a semi-op factions server in roughly two weeks or so, saying that I'm in need of a few staff members, maybe 4-6. I'm not expecting my server to get big as all just because of what I have planned. Factions is a great experience to start off with, If you know how to properly set it up. Which I do of course, so to help me I'm going to need the following:
