I am wanting to sell e-books, but couldn't help notice that e-books are not allowed on here. Knowledge is immensely valuable and selling e-books is a good idea for various reasons:
  • They create a knowledgeable community
  • Creates economic growth, more educated people knowing how to do more things, more competition
I am sure there are more examples of why they are good, those are just a couple. I think they should be allowed as long as there are no illegal things being learned/sold. If a user has a problem with an e-book they bought, its up to them and the seller to work it out, not mc-market.

They had a ton of problems before, when I just joined this site in fact, with a member scamming with ebooks. Honestly I think they need to come back but just have a more strict moderation policy IE only allowed on resources, nothing illegal, etc

E-Books create too many problems. On forums that allow e-books they have issues with the e-book not providing exactly what was advertised, e-books using clickbait (i.e "LEARN HOW I EARNED $300 IN 3 DAYS"). Working e-books are either expensive and/or the method is no longer as effective as it was in it's prime time and the creator wanted to earn some more money because the method not being as effective. In my opinion e-books have no place on MC-Market.

Dont allow E-Books, take a look at hack forums, full of "Get Rich Quick" guides, but none of them ever work, just a butch of wanks vouching for there friends

My experience with communities that sell e-books is that the marketplace is worse than Hitler. I'll refer you to this quote for the rest of my opinion:
