Allow suspended users to report threads and people in shoutbox

Hello, When I was suspended, I saw some rule breakers and then..then I tried to report them but...but I couldn't...at that moment i realized how useless my life is and how i shouldn't be here so i wanted to quit...but then I remembered there is other cool people who are unsuspended people who report rule breakers like the godly Jad and that moment i was happy, so anyway; why not allow suspended users to report rule breakers

100% will be absused

How do you know? facepalm and honestly, there is already a rule that disallows abuse at reports, so basically, right now, I could report a player and abuse it, but I will get a warning point.

I've full rights to suggest something to be added to the forums, if you don't like the suggestions then just rate 'disagree', you have no rights to tell me not to suggest anything to mcm, If the staff think this is a wrong suggestion, they will decline it.

If you read the thread, you can see that I was, and I've faced a lot of rule breakers, couldn't report them, If I reported them, does that mean 'i'm abusing the system' you have no point.

Suspended users can still recieve warning points (further punishments) if they break the rules, just as they recieve warning points if they suspend evade. People who abuse stuff is gonna abuse it when they are unsuspended anyway, so might aswell let suspended users be able to report stuff

I don't see what's particularly wrong about this. Support tickets are already accessible to suspended users. Users don't spam the support tickets as of now (yes, I am aware there are a few bad apples, but that's not just the suspended users, is it?); what makes you think they'll spam reports?

Please keep in mind that an appropriate consequence has been put in place for every action taken against the rules. If someone decides to abuse something, their account can have further restrictions added. It would be a shame to remove such a vital feature as reporting and keep the site just a bit less safe (even if the users who are reporting are suspended!) just because you're operating on the principle of unjustified predicting.

Simply the best conclusion.
