Allow suspended users to report threads and people in shoutbox

Hello, When I was suspended, I saw some rule breakers and then..then I tried to report them but...but I couldn't...at that moment i realized how useless my life is and how i shouldn't be here so i wanted to quit...but then I remembered there is other cool people who are unsuspended people who report rule breakers like the godly Jad and that moment i was happy, so anyway; why not allow suspended users to report rule breakers

why would someone need to be on the website if they are suspended

A suspension isn't meant to kick you off the site, it's just supposed to shut off your communication with others. Think of it as a warning of what a ban will be like.

Considering the temperament of some of our users, this would see no end of abuse. It could be tried, to see what the response is, but I expect dozens of reports. If we have a function to ban people from making reports specifically, this might work out. Otherwise, I'd give it a week at most before someone with the temperament to spam reports gets suspended.

I'm going to accept this suggestion, thanks for suggesting it.

Regarding those people saying that this will be abused, if it is you will be warned for it. The more users we have reporting content the better job we can do at cleaning posts that are breaking rules from the forum. The occasional report for "FUCK YOU MICK" will just result in more warning points and thus a longer suspension.
