Amethyst Network
Amethyst network is a factions base network server. It is a project I have been wanting to pursue for a while now, i just currently need a strong team that i can work along side to pull of a professional enjoyable server for players to come on and have a great experience. Anyway, the network will contain separate faction servers with all unique aspects of gameplay, this way the players will have much more of a selection to choose from.
Amethyst network is looking for competent and highly experienced players with a lot of background dealing with high maintenance servers.

Manager Role: Management is a large part of the server. As a manager of the network you will be working very close with myself and the developers to make things happen. You will be my right hand man pretty much, you will deal with the website side of things and the entire staff team including administrators. Also in some cases working alongside the builders making sure they will meet their deadlines. I shall talk to however gets the positions more in-depth about it when I make my decision.
Developer Role: Being a Developer on Amethyst is a big deal, you will be faced with a lot of tasks, however don’t worry i will be taking a couple developers on to work alongside each other. This would just to help out the work pace and so the pressure for deadlines isn’t as heavy. I will be looking for three developers one to simply manage config development and general server bugs that need to be fixed. The other developer will be the main network developer make sure the servers are running stable and smooth, no crashes etc. To make sure there isn’t any errors. The final developer will be my lead developer who will work closely along side I and the server manager. Dealing with custom plugins across the hole server, in depth with plugins and server customization.
Administrator Role: As an Administrator on Amethyst Network you will be One of the main operators that manages the server. What i am looking for is someone who can control a situation while players are active and to make sure everything is running smoothly. A player who can always work with Configuration would be handy in some events. As an Admin you will also have the task of managing the staff team of Moderators and Helpers to ensure our staff team is professional and meets deadlines of tasks.
Moderator Role: As a Moderator you will be in charge of the chat activity, just pretty much making sure the chat isn’t being filled with hate, spam, cursing and no rischal hate speech. You will also be expected to catch hackers and ban the cheaters!. If any events happen on the server you will be tasked with taking on a job for the event.
Salary - Payroll: I will inspect your work and interests for the first couple weeks that are coming up just before we start the development then I will discuss with my manager who will be paid for their would other than developers (Admin+).
