Amethyst Services is a team of dedicated and professional service providers, giving out a wide range of different services for your server and/or other needs, we make sure everything is done as it should be and we always make sure our clients come first.
What are we looking for?
We're currently looking for Graphic designers, who would be willing to work for our service team.
We're looking for the best of the best, ranging from GFX designers to Illustrators we are hiring!
Our current rates are as follows:
Freelancer: 80%
Sales Rep (If there is a sales rep involved): 10%
The remaining 10% goes into Company costs.

Requirements?
At a minimum 6 months experience in your field of work To be over the age of 14
To be fluent in English
A portfolio to prove your work, preferably screenshots with a watermark

Not to Trash your thread, but it's a real question, How do you separate your self from other companies? You offer 80% which is extremely low than what others offer GabbyLorelai's team did a service for me, I was still in the ticket not removed and I found out the payment was 90% to the freelancer if they wanted 95% they could get it as well, That is called a team.
Again, just a question in my mind if this offended you please PM me I'll make sure to remove this comment and we can sort it out.

I understand your question and appreciate you taking your time to right to us,
We are not currently open so we are actually still deciding the percentage that the freelancers get, and to be honest we will hopefully be giving the freelancers 90% when we start, we are currently working on a couple things, such as a custom automated bot which in thoughts will do all the sales rep job for us allowing us to give the freelancers a higher percentage, also due to the point we are just starting out and haven't actually started getting clients in yet we may keep it at 80% until we have enough funding to run the company fully and then have the opportunity to raise the freelancers percentage to 90% or maybe even 95%.
Again, appreciate you reaching out and taking your time to share your concerns with us and I personally hope you got the answer you wanted and that I answered your question to the best of my ability. A LOT of changes are currently happening as we are new and we have not found the right percentages as of yet.​

Thank you for this reply. Yes, You can start a team it won't cost a lot to make such a bot $20 at the start. which I'm sure if you put into will get back. Post a thread in the dev section of this awesome forum. with a budget and a very detailed guide of the bot, which command does what. Your logo looks like it's been taken off google images ( not sure of that ) but other than that you seem to be extremely organized and professional. You took the time to write an answer for me, other teams would probably tell their entire team to negative rep me, but you have not and for that, I can vouch for with confidence.

We have a bot already in development and It should be complete by today and once we are done testing and seeing what the capabilities of the bot are, we will consider changing the percentages to suit the freelancer as they will be the ones doing the work.
