What you'll be doing
- Writing support articles for the server's online knowledgebase.
- Contacting players who have issues on the server's forums.
- Responding to player support inquiries on the support portal.
- Knowledge of Minecraft and passion for helping others.
- The ability to communicate clearly and positively through written and spoken English using formal language with correct grammar and spelling.
- Comfort working independently—in some cases you will be the only team member online.
- Strong Writing Skills
- Experience working remotely on a team
- Experience in customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft word and Apple Pages.
