Hi, I'm looking for a graphic artist who are good with making animated banners using photoshop/after effect. Portifolio must be provided! The banners don't necessarily need to be made from scratch if you have many premade templates. Must be able to work with both 2d and 3d effects. Budget is not currently set, payment will be discussed.
