While I have plenty of previous server experience in practically every role (excluding developer/artist) I do not really have a professional reputation built up. That is part of what I'm hoping to do through this application and by working for people on here (Paid or Free, whatever is offered.) Furthermore, I won't accept offers if I any one of the following things apply: 1. Immature staff, I don't care about the age as long as they don't freak out about small things, are logical, and can be professional when needed. 2. Insufficient funds to support the server for 2 months at minimum. 3. Inactive staff/build team/devs, etc. 4. Inconsistent and messy development. 5. A team that is unwilling to compromise and work together, I understand there are obviously going to be issues among team members and that's fine as long as people are willing to work them out.

I'm not going to beat around the bush here. I can sometimes be stubborn and quite serious, occasionally to a fault. However, after a few years of working on myself I have managed to use this as a pro rather than a con. Being able to adapt to any situation as I can be serious, professional, and firm, but I can also be compassionate, understanding, and adaptable whenever needed. This is one of my greatest attributes, making me an excellent at anything from Helper to Community/Staff Manager (Which are my preferred positions, allowing me to utilize my abilities to their best.) I am great at resolving issues between myself and others, or within the staff and/or community. I always attempt my best to look out for others above myself, though as any human I have my slip ups of pride and selfishness.
EXPERIENCE:
As noted in the disclaimer I do not have a professional reputation and therefore I am not too reputable but will ask some I do know to write an honest vouch for me. I have staffed on servers for about 5+ years. All positions from Helper-Owner, occasionally even Build Lead or builder, generally not because while I'm a decent builder I really don't enjoy building. Most of the servers were small, made by friends or associates that were short lived. However, one reputable server I staffed on as Helper and Community Manager was Happy Hunger Games Network (HHGN). When I joined on weekdays had an average of 350 people on during the evening and on weekends would sometimes reach 500. Through all this time, whether on small or large servers I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge on knowing how to deal with people of all types. Whether they were apart of the staff or community. Above all I value honesty, you could ask many people I've known throughout the years and they would say I am always honest even to the point where it was negative on me in some cases. For example, having to hold my friends to the same standard as every other player on the server.
AVAILABILITY:
I am generally available every evening and on weekends am available in the afternoons as well. So fairly active. I occasionally will have momentary lapses of business, such as during exams, but otherwise I generally respond quickly to messages.
