Any tips for chargeback-ing a scammer?

Personally, I find that if you claim it as an "Unauthorized payment" you can often win but, its recommended that you used a VPN to pay the person and since you didn't you could try using a VPN while making the report. I've never tried it and I'm not too sure it will work but its worth a shot. Also be careful when contacting PayPal if your not over 18 and they have any suspicion that your not 18 they will lock your account for like 180 days
