All developers on here will charge, especially when you have no rep or anything. Developers spend lots of time learning the Syntax and the language and you expect people to do things for free? Like honestly, if you cannot afford a dev for what you want, then you should try to do it yourself, or not do what you are trying to do.

I'll help you out with any questions you have (if they are quick) for a vouch. If you are looking for custom plugins to be made for you, then like the person above me said, all people here will charge money. If it is a simple java question or quick fix to something, PM me, I'd be happy to help.
