Add a hook to already existant 3000 staff mode plugins.

X-Ray finder (like random teleport but only to people under a configurable value)
/rank {user} {rank} (easyer option to the long pex commands and group manager commands)
/forcespawn {player} (force tp's a player to the world's spawn)
/kickall {reason} (kicks all players online other than staff with a special permission)
/blacklist {player} (Simply bans the users ip and saves the ban into a data file in format such as {uuid} {name} {ip}

The plugin already has an xray finder, you just have to punch with the random TP and it will look for people xraying. but otherwise, good ideas.

Do something like lite ban, when someone joins it will tell you the ip and see if it maths anyone banned (maybe a option to turn that on or off like /ipcheck or something like that) Also add a way when your in staff mode, you can't break blocks but you can hit players as well as a way to add a blacklist but instead of what the user above said, make it so the only way to be unban is by console.

/Ores will be good and it will tell you everyone ores status.

How about a /troll? Let's say you're looking for some cheaters and you find someone blatantly hacking. I don't know if it's just me but I always feel the need to mess with cheaters. Do you'll click on the troll button in uour hotbar on the designated player, or do /troll (playername) it'll then open up a GUI. This GUI will have a couple TROLLing cOmmands maybe like an anvil falling, or the blocks underneath them disappeared.

A couple ideas

Command logger. You can see what your staff are doing and see if they are abusing

Maybe add a /gm4 or spectator mode to toggle on and off watching xrayers

Inventory checker that shows armour aswell

Auto armour test

/report for regular users to report someone
