You must present a portfolio for assessment. (System administration is the only exception, references may be requested.)
You must have at least 1 year of experience in your field(s).
You must be dedicated to your work.

Management
Archia Business employs department heads to maintain their unit’s staff, public appearance, and sales. A person must be eligible for a position in their department and fit for management duties. More information can be acquired through a general inquiry on any of our social media platforms.
Innovation
Archia uses techniques and technology to better enhance the client and employee experience. We use a custom discord bot to deal with clients for security though logs and organization through tickets and so we can regulate what goes on while an employee is representing Archia.
Archia is straying away from the typical sales representative setup that most teams employ. Instead, we spread our name through advertising while department managers can gather clients and quote them right then and there, eliminating the hassle of a middleman.
