Helper: Helpers are the entry position into the staff team and are responsible for helping to resolve day-day issues and monitoring chat. Since this is the first staff rank, it is a learning experience and helpers are held to the same expectations as all other staff members.
Moderator: Moderators are responsible for dealing with day-day issues, moderating chat, catching hackers, and helping to manage the community. Moderators likewise to all staff members are expected to be a role model for the community and are required to follow specific expectations.

Staff Hierarchy, SS Guide, Punishment book, and Staff Guidelines Book. Will be provided to each Arctic PvP Staff Member.
