He probably had some pvp server that does not have that much chunks.
If you're doing a network with factions and other open world servers kimsufi won't be best the fit for you. It will probably be
fine till 50 playerbase, but playerbase above that will require a better cpu.

I have seen kimsufi's website and im quite suprised with the cheap prices they offer for dedicated servers as they look unreal so i wanted people's opinions on there service and if its reliable and a good place to buy a dedi from?

Kimsufi and SYS are both sister companies of OVH, so I would assume that they have quality servers.

The best way possible is not Kimsufi, buy a VPS or Shared Hosting. Kimsufi KS-12 is not good for Minecraft.

Even so, a network running the KS-12 with that processor and only 100MBPS network is not enough to sustain itself.

I'm not saying you can't, but the processor is awful. In today's age, a 1gbps network is almost needed.
