Requirements:
- 5-6 hours of activity in the Minecraft server everyday
- Has discord
- Able to understand the mechanics of the server and encourage and interact with players
- Heavy experience with either large roblox groups or Minecraft servers. (Roblox groups are taken into heavier consideration)

Whats expected of you:
- Training players certain mechanics within the game.
- Coming up with new job ideas
- Managing players within certain jobs
- Advertising and promoting the server
- Engaging with players

At first lot's of hours are demanded of you but once you recruit people to work for you within the serverless time is demanded since other people will be doing your work for you.

Finances: $1 to $25 a week depending on your performance. $25 for meeting all expectations listed above.
