The fact that you didn't even use a capital when trying to say my thread is bad, makes it seem like you are talking straight out of your ass. I am actually 14 nearly 15 (2 weeks) and have plenty of proof in the attachments on this reply. Just because I don't pay for a thread design doesn't mean I am a bad administrator or moderator, please don't talk shit.

If you're going to offer a Administration or Moderation service, It looks very bad reacting like this. Even though he insulted you, there is no need to put all that other crap into it, just prove him wrong. If I saw my possible employee reacting to someone like this in his OWN resume-type thread, I would instantly say no.

In your proof you show us:
Minemen club trial, what happened to that?
Limit mod, also what happened to that?
You give us no information at all about your thread, and I mentioned that I do feel like you're young due to this sentence:
If you decide to work with me
I will make your server better and ban as many rule breakers as possible

In which you don't even give information about what you're going to do, and think as if moderation is all about banning hackers.

Explain further on your experience and your role as a moderator, and I'll consider removing my posts from your shit thread.

It's always good to see new managers coming into the community, and I hope you get far!

Just a few things to help gain employment from servers.

• Update your thread design; this doesn't mean paying for one, but just making it look better, making the text white, including more information about yourself and just generally improving the quality.
• Include what you can offer towards a server, this doesn't just mean to help punish rule breakers, but other tasks you can complete within a server.
• Try to use spoilers as well, to just compile all of your attributes into a more cleaner looking thread.
