Ash, you (most likely) won't be paid on here nor PokeFind. My best advice, if you want to pursue a managerial role on the forums, have some manager experience. There are plenty of applicants who have moderated, stand out.

Besides, having worked as an Admin on PokeFind, and now working at Hypixel, the skills are not always as transferable as you would think.
